Antigen Preparation
Recombinant protein of human CD63
Background
"P63 is a member of the p53 family of transcription factors. The TP63 gene encodes two major isoforms, p63 (TA) and p63 (?N) that are produced from alternative start sites through alternative promoter usage. These isoforms function during skin development and maintenance, adult stem/progenitor cell regulation, heart development and premature aging. Some isoforms have been found to protect the germline by eliminating oocytes or testicular germ cells that have suffered DNA damage. "
PURIFICATION
The mouse IgG is purified by Protein A-Affinity Chromatography according to Isotyping
