Antigen Preparation
Recombinant protein of human CD371
Background
"CD371 is a member of the C-type lectin/C-type lectin-like domain (CTL/CTLD) superfamily. CD371 is also known as CLEC12A, DCAL-2, MICL or CLL-1, It is a 30 kD type II transmembrane protein. It plays roles in cell adhesion, cell-cell signaling, glycoprotein turnover, and in inflammation and immune response. CD371 is expressed on monocytes, granulocytes, NK cells, and basophils. Its cytoplasmic ITIM motif modulates signaling cascades and is involved in phosphorylation of tyrosine residues in MAP kinases."
PURIFICATION
The mouse IgG is purified by Protein A-Affinity Chromatography according to Isotyping
