Background

"CD75s-ganglioside is a type II ganglioside previously named Neu5AcÎ±6GalÎ²4GlcNAcÎ²3GalÎ²4GlcÎ²1Cer. Structural analysis of gangliosides from liver metastases of a human pancreatic adenocarcinoma revealed, besides sialyl Lewisa- and sialyl Lewisx-gangliosides, the expression of CD75s.CD75s is a receptor for the anticancer drug rViscumin. It was shown that CD75s is a marker of murine CD8(+) suppressor T cells. "

PURIFICATION The mouse IgG is purified by Protein A-Affinity Chromatography according to Isotyping	SPECIFICITY This antibody recognizes human CD75s protein. The other species are not tested.
FORMULATION This affinity purified antibody is supplied in sterile Phosphatebuffered saline (pH7.2) containing antibody stabilizer	STORAGE The antibodies are stable for 24 months from date of receipt when stored at –20oC to –70oC. The antibodies can be stored at 2oC-8oC for three month without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freezing-thawing cycles.
